Would these fit?

Hello all, many moons ago on a car i now do not own..., i ran 185/60/13 tyres on my stock 3 spoke x1/9 wheels, the car came with them and large wheel spacers (about 20-25mm i reckon as they were the type where you screw an adaptor into the bolt thread and then screw the wheel bolts in to them.)

they only scrapped a little on front wheel arches on full lock reversing down a slope...

So with this all in mind, would these wheels fit a stock 1500cc x1/9?

Somebody may correct me but I think your biggest issue will not be clearance on the wheel arches but on the springs. I run 205 tyres on 7 x 13 rims (not sure the offset without checking) and to fit them under the standard wheel arches you have to go to springs with a narrower diameter. I put 2.25" coil overs all round. If you go for wider arches then you can keep the wtock springs
