The final version was sent to the printers last week.

I think it would be safe to say it will arrive before the end of the month.

Not being n expert on printing techniques and production time I cannot give a more accurate answer.

Great job on the calendar Mark, I received mine here in France this morning, luckily despite the stormy weather and horizontal rain it survived the day in the letter box. I'm looking forward to boring everyone at work with it tomorrow.....
