FiatT X1/9 Lido DGE 876T

Im trying to trace a Fiat x1/9 lido DGE 876T.
My dad bought the car in 1978 in glasgow and kept it for 21 years
the car was kept standard had 37000 miles at the time and still even had one original tyre when he sold it.

The car may have been scrapped but trying to find out if anybody came across it in a scrapyard or even got some parts from it

I seen a guy upload photos of his restoration and i was convinced it could be the same one ( s250.photobucket.com/user/dallaraturbo/m...zps09dc78e2.jpg.html ) but the reg no is DGE 838T

With penalties now in place for any gap from the liability date to declare either as Taxed or SORN suggests the car is indeed more than likely scrapped......sorry to say...

I checked that website a couple years back with the hope that it was SORNed and in somebodies garage waiting to be restored, shame really as the chassis was way-oiled and in great condition although it had not been used for the last couple of years before it as sold. I have been scouring googl images and other websites and forums to see if it is about.
