Window handle and seat removal

Does anyone know how to take off the window winder handle from a 78 1300 Lido the Haynes book shows the handle having a clipped front but my handle is solid and I cannot see how it either unscrews or any cir clips behind it to keep it fast! Also how are the seats removed are the runners welded to the floor I cant see any bolts?

Seats slide off the runners after disconnecting the spring from underneath. The window winder has a clip.
