Nice , but you could have saved on the postage costs. I had a mould constructed from what must have been the last bertone spoiler by smith and deakin in Worcester. They can knock good quality ones out.

I have been in the club for a couple of years and just returned to posting on the Forum... Are you close to Ipswich / Colchester.

Would be good to meet up of you are in the region. I have two X1/9's one on the road and one off being restored!

Happy to give any advice and or tips or tricks I have learnt over the last couple of years and wield a spanner if you need some help.

2003 Mazda RX8 - modern version of the X1/9

Aspires to a Lancia MonteCarlo (code number by Fiat and Lancia X1/8 then X1/20)

Just the other side of Ipswich at Martlesham Heath, so not too far away. You are welcome to pop over and have a chat and talk X1/9's anytime. Or I can come and see you if you want some help or advice with your car.

I have a friend as well (not sure if he is still in the Club) that lives in Colchester. He has been inactive this year after moving house but we had a couple of runs out the year before. So at least that's three of us in fairly close proximity...

I will send you a PM with my contact details if you want to phone or ask any questions as you kick off your resto...
