I joined the club via the Regalia shop, but haven't received any sort of confirmation, other than seeing that the membership fee left my account on the 11th.
Is there a welcome pack? Am I mean't to receive some sort of information / email to allow me to log into the members area of the forum for technical downloads etc?
Hey Miles. Same happened to me! I thought things would have improved by now? No-one wants to take over running of the 'regalia' shop so things take longer than is acceptable.
Perhaps one of our massive army of website moderators could get in touch with you?
Its because of the 'unique' way the club is structured. There is an AGM in October so hopefully the people responsible will be given the boot then.
I'll give it a bit longer. Yes I did spot the AGM thread. Certainly generated some discussion! Being the events moderator on another forum I understand the difficulties and pulls on ones time. As a newbie here I can't comment, as I don't know the history, but I hope you all get it sorted for all your benefits. You certainly seem to have the makings of a great community, albeit a bit disparate at the moment.
There are only two moderators which include myself and Neil. You should have received a membership pack and that is done by Rob Croskell. If in any doubt, simply check the committee page and mail the appropriate name.

I stumbled into it with an ebay impulse buy. Safe to say my car comes under the banner 'Rustbucket' but the way I look at it is even the deepest money pit will level off one day, LOL!

Yes, I think Rob C tends to process membership orders in batches every two to three weeks, so sometimes there can be a delay in receiving your pack. Once your membership number has been allocated by Rob, I'll convert the website logon you have created to a full member logon, giving you enhanced levels of access to the website.
