Hopetoun Show

Hi all, a fantastic show today at Hopetoun House near Edinburgh, we had nine cars all day with a stray at the end of the day so ten in total. Tony, Guy, Grimmy, Charlie, Yap, Yaps Daughter, Rachel ( all the way from Englandshire many thanks for making the trip it is very appreciated for your support ) a stranger ?? And me, oh and the straggler was our Jack fresh from an over seas trip .

On a serious note it is the same people all the time that make the effort, I was also disappointed to find a member didn't bring his X as he wasn't invited to do so ( as had to ask who normally invited him to be told our reginional orginisers ) my face does not fit as I and other members don't get invited.

I am sorry to say Scotland's club scene is very poor, but there is Aberfeldy do we know numbers ???

Was too much of a trek for me so I spent the day working on my X1/9. Once its actually on the road I'll be happy to attend!

Aberfeldy is 24th - 27th August. See entry in events section giving details which was posted on 1st May.

Not guilty this time about Hopetoun since although I know Paul Santoni well for various reasons over the years I personally have never been to this event and could therefore not have issued invites in the past.
