Site - x1/9 info - Paint colour codes

The name for the paint

Year: 79-81 Description :Gold Paint code: 589

should be IIRC Oro Met (it's raining so I'm not going outside to double check)

Also to brighten the page up a bit (not wanting to cause too much work for the web-master) could a sample of the colour be placed next to each paint code or a picture of a car in each colour?

That page was pretty much lifted straight off the old site unchanged, but I agree it could do with brightening up. It would be great to get a photo of cars in each colour. There's a challenge, can we complete the set?

Do people want to send me a photo of their car and their paint code and I'll look to incorproate the photos into the colour code page. If I can get 5 photos to get me started, I'll update the page.

But, given I can't get anyone to send me a Car of the Month, I'm not holding my breath...

Or maybe someone with the right knowledge could go through previous Car of the Months and identify the paint codes?
