Hi all,

As a relive new be to the X1/9 world I have been guilty of opening my mouth and letting my belly rumble, after have a long talk to a long time Scottish member he has advised that the events I and others have moaned about have been long standing dates and places that have went on for many a year.
So this is my apology for my bad typing and not been aware of these on goings, shall I say traditions in Scotland.
The only thing I ask is can our RO please let the new member know of these events to stop all this needless bickering.

All the best and the nice weather is coming.

Michael

We managed to call into Aberfeldy today and made arrangements with the campsite. I will hopefully be able post details etc. early next week.

have to say Michael , i also am new to these cars (stay just west of Glasgow) and have noticed the "needless bickering"
hopefully it is just the groundhog day rattling of people who have been shut up with no car shows for too long and , fingers crossed , everyone will be happy again son .
:)

Thanks Ian, I am willing to help anyone at any time I cover Scotland with my work, I am able to visit places and see things all anyone has to do is ask. I am not a Technical expert but if I can help I will.

Michael

as I have said before Scotland is a small place with a few cars we need to make a go of what we have.

Hi

We have already booked the same amount of space at the campsite (the Tayside Council one on the right as you are entering Aberfeldy coming from the A9) which we had last time we were there. On that occasion we had a caravan with awning, 6 tents and 9 cars in the space. Unless you are intending to bring an enormous motorhome then you should not need to book a space of your own (unless you really want to).

It would however be useful if everyone who is coming could let us know, and what space you are likely to need so that we can book extra space if we are going to need it.
