If you use google chrome and go to the Italian club site it gives you the option to translate it all in to English and I was amazed its a very good translation engine!!

Hi, this is what it says on the x19 It site -

"Thank you for your question. The final program and costs will be presented at the event AUTOMOTORETRO 'in 2012 in Turin February 10 to 12, and simultaneously released in print / web lovers. will also be available all the necessary information for enrollment and related forms. PS If you do not have even a vague idea of what is a rally and the related costs, and wait patiently."

So we all have to wait a couple of weeks til the details are announced at the AUTOMOTORETRO show.

It's the weekend after Henley (a regular drinking session for us) but Steve and I are seriously considering this trip. Wondering whether to bring an X1/9 only, or with our Audi A6 diesel trundler as support/tool carrier.

Just to let everyone know that Frosty, Olly and myself are already booked to go. I'm driving down from Glasgow on Monday evening, the 2nd July, arriving at Frosty's early morning as per usual. After a short break we'll head to Dover and a Eurotunnel crossing early Tuesday morning, meeting Olly and co driver on the way. One route I'm thinking about is going to Molsheim, home of Buggati to stay the night, then over the Alps and into Italy along the shores of Lake Maggiore, staying at Stresa for the night. Thursday we will drive towards Lozzolo to visit Pietro Antonini's wife before heading to Torino. Hotel is booked for the 3 nights in Torino and we return on Friday 13th July so plenty of time to take in other sights during the trip. Think we’ve done everything apart from Lamborghini and Mirafiori, the latter was on my list for this trip anyway, so I’m excited that the Italian’s have this penned in. Will be good to see old friends and new and to indulge in the atmosphere which is always superb in Torino

Which car to take, that is the question :D

Nice one Ewen, wish I could join you guys in convoy, although sadly this summer it seems my time is limited so a long road trip is not feasible, but I'm hoping to fly out there there for the weekend!
