they bought this off piston heads a few weeks ago the price was only £5300...think it may go nearer 10k

Nice! I had exactly that spec car on a very similar reg plate about 20 years ago. Mine of course was rusted to ~~~#!

No, its definitely for someone's collection somewhere. Personally I think that is OK ... I have always used my older cars but I am still happy to think that somewhere there are perfect examples. Just as long as lesser mortals get to see them at shows etc!

it's perfect but big bucks. Not sure I would want to lash out that amount of dosh on it. Also where's the fun in a perfect one? Half the crack is sorting out the bugs and getting to know your car, otherwise it might as well be another modern clone of the production line...

Nice car though ;-)
