There I was driving in the evening sunshine when waiting at some traffic lights, an excitable lady got out of a van behind me and said "I've got one of these in my garden, come and take a look", whilst warning me it was pretty scruffy.

I nipped out there today and discovered what i assume to be a Lancia twin cam conversion.

It's been pretty scrappily done, with some pretty bodged engine mounts and some untidy cutaway panels, and unfortunately the carbs "were sold for £100" meaning the inlet manifold has been sitting open and has a bit of rust- This could possibly mean the barrels have also colllected a bit of water I guess... The gear linkage felt very sloppy/disconected.

It's got 3 iron cross alloys, 1 3 spoke, what looks to be a pretty complete red leather interior and some spot lights attached with scraps of wood!

Thinking about it afterwards I didn't check the front indicators too closely but i think they might be 1300's.

As much as I'd love a twin cam conversion, its too much work for me. She was going to scrap it and ultimately wants rid of it so let me know if it's of interest and I'll forward her contact details. It's just west of Glasgow

She was pretty vague on the details but she later said it had a 2l conversion..

I assume as she was going to scrap it she won't want much...
