Spannering help??.... in Scotland.

I'm really keen to do some work on my '82 1500.

I've got fairly decent mechanical knowledge but a less than ideal location to work in at the moment..

Jobs I need to tackle are:

Back brakes (binding and grinding)
Timing belt is due a change
Fan belt too- squeaking away..

Anyway, I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out with tackling these for the first time... It'd be great to learn from someone who knows their foibles inside out over a cup of tea.

I'd happily pay some $$$ for your time, too. I'm in Glasgow, but happy to travel.
