This is the radio that was fitted to my 1980 it looks original and is still in its Fiat harness
Its a Voxon with a fiat badge

Well on this side of the pond radios and side stripes were dealer installed.
And that was my job. The radio offered was blaupunkt with several differnt options, like AM FM stereo. Cassette deck and auto reversing cassette deck. Instructions were furnished with the car for installation of speakers, which were prewired. Antenna location and finally radio installation and were to cut the dash.

I'm sure it was the same here- I have a '79 accessori leaflet with the Voxson range in it, stripes, mudflaps etc. The GF spoilers were dealer fit too, many of them were fitted the wrong way round.... and caught the aerial.. :roll:

think I have a blaupunkt, radio cassette or how ever u spell it..... will take a pic ands post it.. Free to good home if its any use... Just pay the postage.

Rosie has a Phillips. Managed to find Radio 4, although a bit crackly. Could I find Radio 2, could I chuff! managed to find something called Absolute Radio :roll:
Anyway, when I really studied the thing, I realised it doesn't do FM, only LW and MW. :oops:
