Ok, I don't have it yet but have had a long chat with the owner,who I found I've spoken to a few times before, and he gave me the rundown.

Its been off the road for a number of years,but was taken off the road due to some yob breaking the quarterlight, rather than any MOT or mechanical failure. I have pictures and it looks pretty much immaculate Will need a bit of work, but I reckon days rather than months. Its an 85 VS, which has been resprayed metallic black, with my favorite- tan leather and nice GF OZ's.. It also has a 1300cc Uno turbo engine fitted to it.

Nothing like being away from something for a while to get the enthusiasm fired up again I've been driving an old Astra estate for the past few months!

Anyone know it?

Another Turbo xie - The twin cam turbo cars are more popular than ever.

Lovely. Should be a corker. Would be interested in a pic of the engine bay when you get it, to see how everything is laid out.
