Thanks for the offer Dave but more interested in someone elses tried and tested setup(good or bad)
Any links appreciated
Just read this over on the owners club from Dino, who certainly knows his stuff',,, I'm hoping this only applies to high boost cars!!!!
Hi, When talking uno turbo conversions it always comes back to the same old problem. Getting that Intake temp down!! The uno's motor and ancillaries got hot enough in the front let alone the rear of a car!
After much tinkering over the last couple of years and now sucessfully running what must be the quickest ROAD LEGAL 1.3 x19 turbo in the uk, constant 12 second quarters @ 110 (The Gauntlet is still out there everyone!). I found any air/air intercooler in the bay useless and also chargecoolers just could'nt bring down the temps enough when running very high boost. The only answer for me was an intercooler fitted into a polycarbonate rear window fed with air ducted from a roof scoop, just like the supercharged lotus exige. A drastic measure I know, but one that works for sure

Well, hi Cha. Why don't you just pay the £30 membership and be here legitimately like everyone else is ? Geez, is it too much to ask ?

Long time since been on here.
I am not interested in why and when his misses was revoked membership but Charlie has contacted me out of the blue and asked me to put a post here saying he is more than willing to join the club and his cheque will be in the post.
There, done. Now back to hibernating from the snow LOL....
Hopefully get some enthusiasm back in the new year. Take it easy dudes........
