:oops: Ok .. time to come clean ... it was me selling the sub hence the 'X1/9' bit in the title, I had originally planned to use in mine but just never got round to it. I noticed they were raving about them on XWeb the other week and needed some spenders...

The other 'bidders' tempted me with an £85 + postage and a £100 all in after auction end which I thought was a bit nasty to be fair!!
Stephen, I have never used the sub, but as none of the wiring is disturbed assume all to be ok, even if the red tape didn't match the brown paper it was wrapped in :oops:

Perhaps I should bring body filler and paint for Paul. I do have a panel beating set somewhere too.

I think I'll let him polish another car with his patent mixture of carpark grit and brake fluid, though.

It used to be my music aswell, but I need a new engine too, before Ireland.
It's somewhat embarrasing blowing out the dipstick and spraying oil everywhere.
