I am under pressure from my husband to clear some space in the garage and one of the things that is taking up space for no good reason is the assortment of old and leaky struts I have (I think it is 5 - at least 2 rear and 2 front).
Being old and leaky there is no particularly good reason to keep them (tho it hasn't stopped me so far
) so I am planning to dump them in the next week or so...
...but before I do, I recall that someone (maybe on the old forum) posted a note asking for old struts - with the aim of taking them to a specialist to get them to come up with something that would make an acceptable replacement.
So, if anyone is still interested in this possibility and can arrange a pick-up in the next week or so (I am in Plymouth) please let me know and I would be delighted if you saved them from the tip!
