This is what Les, Jim and James made me do! :shock:


1.Les because he keeps showing off his perfect paintjob
2.Jim for selling me his old GF, which in turn restored my passion for the original lines of the x1/9.
3.James (new club member) for buying the GF and leaving me with no option but to pull apart the Silver streak.

I thought it looked pretty tastefull with the bubble arches on, a nice wide look without the obvious eurosport / Farran squareness but I do like the 1300 look even more . I keep looking at YAP and Micks (Catswhiskers)1300 lookalike and I don't think it will be long before I will be following in your footsteps, unless Les fancies swapping YAP for a nice GF

Mark your Silver Streaks arches were definetly different and those wheels were very smart.

I think a 1300 look-a-like painted in metalic lime green would be awesome. I feel another NW meet is on the cards soon at your restoration centre I mean your house.

Ooh, found this nice picture on Photobucket last night - another set of wide arches. Is this a custom body kit does anyone know - never seen it before ?
