well, here it is

Managed to catch a break in the rain today so decided it was time to debut the car following it's conversion and respray.
Unfortunately the wheel centre caps weren't dry but I think you get the idea.
The car is a 1985 VS which was fully restored 2 years ago. This gave me a solid basis for my chosen conversion.
Hope everyone approves. All I need now is some decent weather to get a few miles on it.

Absolutely gorgeous mate, lovely colour. Only bit that lets it down in my opinion is the 'wheelbarrow' exhaust.
Overall, a credit to you.

I'm not sure about that myself but it is brand new so I can't justify changing it yet.
We'll see though.

Jim, everything is still standard for the time being. Not particularly looking for a road racer. I've had plenty of them. Just comfortable, reliable touring enjoyment.
Off to France and Belgium in a couple of weeks and, hopefully, plenty of sunshine so the roof can stay off. :lol:
