Anyone got the latest Auto Italia magazine ? It looks like it has an X1/9 article in it. I'll be popping into Borders on the way home to look for it.
We look into how to buy and run the Fiat X1/9. This small scale mid-engined sportscar has agreat deal to offer and is abit of a rising star. Superb examples like our featured X1/9 Lido can be picked up for very reasonable money. Tempted? Then read the full story

I got a copy of this mag a few weeks ago from someone I know that works for Fiat, although it seems to be a factory 'second' as all the pages were stuck together, I had to manually separate them with a ruler!
Some great pictures of the Lido in there but the first thing I would do if I owned that car would to bin those nasty mudflaps, they just spoil the car... wonder how much DTR sold the car for in the end?
The write-up was pretty good on the whole with a few small errors of the type only a real X1/9 anorak would notice....

Very much enjoyed reading the article in the Auto Italia mag thanks Chris for sending me the pdf. It made me feel how lucky am I to have such a rare car. I was also impressed that the club gets some very positive mentions.
Desirability factor eh it all helps to keep those prices moving preferably upwards.
