1572 miles!

Sorry I wasn't at the National especially as it was reasonably close to me.
However I was on holiday over the time... I took the car over to France, after a long drive down to Dover in the pouring rain, it was great to get into some decent weather in France and to get the roof off.
Whilst not a touring holiday we did manage a few long drives in the country.
On the journey home, only encountered the one small issue, after having been in a queue of traffic for half an hour, although she was overheating a little, I managed to stall her, guess what. I had to wait for 20 minutes for her to cool down, after which we had a trouble free run up the road.
Having covered the mileage, any doubts that I or Donna had about the reliability of the wee thing have been disproved. Looking forward to more holidays and hopefully next years National.
The comforting thing for me for the trip was that I knew if I did have any problem and I could get some internet access, it would more than probably be resolved with all your help.

You could of also made contact with one of the "two" X1/9 Clubs in France who have helped us out in the past and I guess in the future.
