I sometimes have a look through the website of Barons Auctions - some pretty interesting classics come up at each sale.
The latest sale was held earlier this week. An Espada sold for £7100 + premium (guide price was £10k-£14k!):

Not the best Bertone design (I think the exxy looks better, but I'm biased
). Great car for the money though.Another bargain was a RHD '99 Maserati Quattroporte V8 Evo which had been a Cat D write off but was fully repaired. Sold for £6600 + premium (guide price was £8k-£10k):

What a fantastic car for the money!
I guess as fuel costs spiral ever higher, thirsty cars like these will get even cheaper...
Cheers

Not the best Bertone design
It has a certain "get out my f**king way!!!" sort of charm to it!

You have to look out for examples that have been fitted with Jag engines though.

I like the Bertone designed Ferrari 308GTB4 which most Ferrari guys dont seem to like as reflected in thier £15K for a good one price....... There was a lovely Lambo. Uraco at Brooklands another nice Bertone design.
I am with you there Stuart, the 308GTB4 is an overlooked classic. The Urraco too is a nice car, I also like the angular Silhouette that the Urraco became.

Lamborghini/Bertone used a Lamborghini 400GT "Espada" for the press photo at this location in front of the boat

Squint at an exxy and it could almost be a 308GTB4. Or is that squint at a 308GTB4 and it could almost be an exxy?
From memory, the door handles are similar-ish anyway...
