Newbie returns..

Hi every one, I used to own a gold and black '79 1500 many years ago but sold it and left the scene.
20 years on I have a project via ebay that has rekindled my love affair for this beautiful little motor and the restoration (on the cheap) began.



Asked how much a total respray would cost, I was told 'in the region of £1500' .. right, thanks but no thanks I do it myself, how hard can it be??



not great, but for a first attempt its not bad and its a damn site better knowing I'm still £1450 in pocket!!

Cheers for the comments, the paintwork is rough on closer inspection, but it was first attempt and coupled with the welding etc, it was a steep learning curve
