Brake switch required - please help

Has anyone got a spare brake switch that they could sell to me? This is the switch at the pedal box that activates the lights when the brake pedal is pressed. My brake lights have failed and I am pretty sure this switch is the cause. many thanks, Dave.

had same problem last year, took switch off the car & took it apart, cleaned everything reassembled it & refitted it. So far has worked OK, touch wood. Got to be worth a try.

Dave, to be sure 100% touch the 2 wires together,use a paper clip if needed, if the brake lights work,then the switch is faulty. The switch is adjustable remember,the pedal may not be moving far enough to operate it.
