Light switch

Light switch for a 1500 required anyone got a spare for sale?

I'm pretty sure I have a late (sliding) type light switch I took off an '85 VS; yours for a few quid plus postage. PM me if interested.

Shame you didn't ask last week, I could have brought it with me to Wales!

It broke outside the campsite bar on the friday night!! turned the lights on to drive home and nowt happened but when I pulled the strok back the lights flashed so drove home holding thestrok back on full beam! great fun tryin to change gear down those dark lanes :lol:

Bad news Random, I have been searching in my bits box and can not find the switch.

I can only assume that having told my son, who stripped the scrap car down for usable parts for me, to remove the switch because they are so reliable (not) and as easy to come by as rocking horse waste, he must have damaged it taking it out and thrown it away as no good.

Sorry to give you false hope.

Hope someone else can help out, I have seen them appearing on Ebay a few times.
