Unfortunately hens teeth held by a flying pig might be more likely for an original :silly: . You can get a good imitation of the pattern on universal plastic type grills sold on ebay. You just have to cut and fit carefully to get the right effect, and an awful lot cheaper.

US Ebay is probably best bet. They do come up sometimes but not cheap and postage is usually not cheap

Why do some of the 1300 grills have the cut out bits in two corners?

because they have been put on 1500's, to go around the bumper bracket holes.

Thought so, it was just that I have one that looks just like the one in Rob's photo which has been cut very neatly, it looks almost factory (or better!)

Not entirely true. The cutouts are factory. Came on a short run of US cars with a different impact bumper style. Not sure it was ever available on an EU car.

I wondered about the US cars with the metal frame style bumpers. Anyway I have one which I might be persuaded to sell at the right price! (Amazingly all the lugs are in tact)
