1500 style drivers door mirror in VGC was created by Adam Williams
Hi All,
As per the subject. My mirror dropped out and I cant seem to find a replacement, so I'm thinking about replacing the whole unit.. unless anyone has a better suggestion?
Thanks,
Adam

Are they specific to each side. I have a spare damaged passenger side mirror unit with intact glass. Its looks to me like the glass mirror could fit either side by turning upside down depending on fittings at back of glass.
If you can let me know (as your is broken and can see fittings) how to safely remove I could try to remove and would be happy to give to you.
I don't want to force and break.

Halford sell a range of replacement mirror glasses.
Take your mirror down to Halfords. I know when I was about to sell my silver X1/9 I was looking for a replacement and they had loads.
