Auto choke 1500

Auto choke 1500 was created by Loosenuts
Has anyone converted their auto choke to manual? If so I could make use of the hose connector that srews into the inlet manifold. I'm trying to refit the original weber back onto my '89 GF. My local Fiat dealership said they cannot help!. Alternatively has anyone got a "breaking" car that could help?
