A member local to me had his engine expire in a most spectacular fashion recently,so he's asked me to find and fit another.. Anyone got anything ??
Prefer known history if possible. No need for carbs etc, just block and head.

Got one in my garage - 74k miles. Was running fine when it came out. Not sure on the external condition as I've not uncovered it for some time but can get pics to you if you want.

Sounds great Chris, I think it would be a far better option than trying to rebuild his original engine AGAIN.. its been full of Italian gremlins for a long time now.
