Yup :evil: Still underlying fault somewhere and the bigger 112 jet is masking the problem. Put the standard 107 in and runs really rough but we have exhausted every possibility.....And the metal water hose from the pump blew open today!! 
just got one off ebay overnighted, suns out roofs off and its parked on a ramp lol, oh the joys of owning an exxy....
